Adoption Tax Credit Refundability Act Endorsement

On August 13, 2014, First Focus Campaign for Children sent letters to Representative Braley and Senator Casey in support of the Adoption Tax Credit Refundability Act (HR 2144). This bill allows families who adopt to receive a tax refund instead of a tax credit so that more low income and middle class families can receive benefits when they adopt children.
